The Annual Mint Hill Madness Pop-up Market runs Saturday, October 4th from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm at Mint Hill Veterans Park, and the Troop has been asked to help vendors get their tents set up that morning in exchange for a $200 donation to the Troop.
We are looking for parents and Scouts, in Class B, to help vendors unload their exhibits and set up tents in each vendor's designated space.
Those able to volunteer need to arrive at Veterans Park by 7:30 am. The work will be complete by 10:00 am, so this is a short morning that leaves the rest of your Saturday open.
Scouts who participate will earn service hours.
