About Troop 65
What We Do
Troop 65 is a Scouts BSA troop in Mint Hill, NC, offering weekly meetings, monthly campouts, summer camp, rank advancement, and high-adventure experiences. Scouts develop leadership, life skills, outdoor knowledge, and a commitment to community service.
Come visit us on Monday at 7:00 pm at the Scout Hut at Philadelphia Presbyterian Church!

How We Work
Troop 65 is a scout-led, patrol-based Troop dedicated to teaching the principles of Scouting with a strong focus on the Scout Law and Scout Oath. Our scouts grow and learn through merit badges, outdoor adventures, rank advancement, community service, summer camp and more.
With over 50 Scouts, Troop 65 is supported by experienced adult Scouters - our "Old Fossil" patrol - and an active committee of parents and volunteers committed to guiding the next generation of leaders.
Troop 65 is affiliated with Cub Pack 65, Troop 1265 and Venturing Crew 1465, all of which are also sponsored by Philadelphia Presbyterian Church. Each year we welcome new AOL Scouts to the Troop from Pack 65 and work closely with the Pack to create a strong, successful Scouting program for all.
Scouting enriches our community's youth while giving back through service and leadership. We are honored to share our mission and our story!
